DYEING IT AGAIN WILL NOT SOLVE THAT PROBLEM AT ALL.

There is no really "good" dye, but if you must dye it again the best way to do it is to get it done at a hair salon, although it's really expensive. If you keep dying your hair, it'll turn into this... unexplainable and ugly, really stiff and unhealthy looking color, that's much worse than what you have now. So the best thing to do is dye it back to your natural color and let your hair grow back out.

Get your color from Sally's Beauty Supply instead. They sell a lot of the same stuff, but they tell you the bases that make it up. Look for browns that do not have red as a base. Try blue or gold bases. Don't forget you'll have to also buy the appropriate developer, and a deep conditioner separately.
