I can't do it proffessionally, so that's out of the question. Going with that question, what's the best brand to use to dye my hair purple and turqouise (the only reason I'm going more blond).

Its a bad idea to do this level of lift at home, because you could risk getting a chemical burn or bleaching your hair too much that it will fall out in chunks. Just warning you......if you're not a pro, then there's a good chance that you could really damage your hair beyond repair.
