Badly bleached hair... help!!?

I have bleached my short, healthy hair today and it is a light blond at the roots but the rest is a yellowy colour.. I have used a toner but it has not really made a noticeable difference, it doesnt look horrendous but its not great either.. I really want to tone it down

Would it be ok to put a mid-blond permanent dye on it?

I have seen this happen so many times, you have a few options: firstly you can put lots of bleached highlights through.

If you live near a sally store you can buy a tiny bottle of concentrate that removes unwanted tones.

You can colour it back to brown but you MUST get a warm brown (a red based colour) or you hair will look green.

Or you can buy a loreal recital blonde which comes in a gold box, cant remember what shade but it does say on the box that it reduces gold and yellow tones, to be honest this is probably the best and easiest option. I have used this on several clients and it has always worked

Normal blonde colours probably wont make a difference and will just be a waste of money.

I would just buy a blond dye. It's less risky than bleach.

Go to the salon and get a professional opinion.

If you can't afford a salon, go to a local beauty college.

They have instructors there to teach the students how to fix your problem.

I would suggest either going to a beautician and having them do it.

Or cut your hair into a much shorter cut and keep it trimmed until it grows out.

Or buy a wig (and shave your head).

When I messed my hair up like that, I had to have it cut VERY short, and then wear a wig until it grew out and the ends could be trimmed.

buy a low volume peroxide and just dab on the roots leave no longer than 10- 15 mins but wear a carrier bag to sweat it in works a treat

you need joico purple shampoo.i bleached mine a couple of months ago and it went yellowy,the hairdresser suggested this shampoo and it took the yellow straight out leaving it the colour i wanted in the first place.you have to buy it from hairdressers about 鎷?0 a bottle but only use it once a week or you end up with lilac streaks(i speak from experience) leave it on for about 3 minutes and rinse then condition.

If you try and add color or "bleach" it again you are going to do more damage than you already have. If you cannot afford a professional, I would try going to the store and buying a semi-perm color and using that. It is a lot less damaging because there is no bleach or peroxide. You strip the hair when you use a lightener. If you can use a color to darken it, it shouldn't be as damaging. If you can stand it, leave it alone. Hope that helps. Good Luck!

look just dont put a mid blode or brown on ok cause it will go a funny colour. just put some morec blerach on wher it needs it and it wont go whit just mastc it up to your rootsxx
