What products to streak my hair with?

I want to put a blond/white streak in my hair.Some people have told me to use stripper (color, or hair stripper i dont know) but others have told me to use bleach. I know im stupid and This a dumb question but, Which is better and Which will give me what? (blonde or white)

Buy a color remover that only lifts artificial color, not you real color. Use it.

Then highlight your hair with a powdered bleach, such as one from Clairol or Wella. You will see your hair lightening, so wash it off when your hair is light enough. I wouldn't recommend going to near white highlights on brown hair because it will not look like highlights, but like salt and pepper. If you overlighten, you could always use a toner on all of your hair, which should only affect the highlights since the rest of your hair would be much darker. Good luck!

bleach will make it blonde while stripper will just lift the color you already have. if you want blonde/white you have to use bleach

GO TO A SALON!!!!!!! Seriously, don't mess around with stripper or bleach, just pay to have it done right, it will last longer and look better. You never know what color your hair will turn if you use bleach, I have seen it go white, yellow, orange etc. Trust me, it is well worth the money to have it done by a professional. If you live in OR I can givce you a name of a guy who works magic!
