My hair is dyed black, and I was wondering if I dyed it blond, could I use manic panic? Or would my hair fall out or something?
I can wait for the black dye to grow out if I HAVE TO, but I would REALLY like to get a cool color in my hair!

i have dyed my hair 18 different times in a rainbow of colors. the best part about manic panic is that its only semi permanent so its not really harsh on your hair. i have done the same thing and nothing bad has happened to me. what color do you want to do?
