I have light brown hair and I would like to go blond underneath angd i would like to it at home is it safe and would my hair turn orange should i just go to a salon.

From experience it depends on if you want it to look good. i did mine at home by going to a beauty store and they have these powder packets and liquid you mix to create a bleach for your hair and because its hard to tell when to take it out your hair either becomes beyond blonde bleached or orange. its really hard to tell. my best bet would be to go to a salon and get it done. they will know what they're doing and will give you the best look with blending it.

its best to go with brand name hari dye, so it doesnt turn out bad, and experts say to only go between 5 shades lighter or lower when dying hair, but ive seen ppl go black to blonde %26amp; it looks great. make sure to read ALLLL the instructions first. if youre having any doubts (or just to play it safe) ask a hair proffesional or call an appointment.

i love the blond underneath look. i would definitely go to a salon though. even a beauty school would do well. one point of advice is if you wear your hair up a lot, the blond underneathe tends to wash you out, and the rewgrowth looks funky. if your a hair down girl then go for it.
