Yes i think it will suit you very much as long as its not too heavy. Just 'brushed' in look will look really nice. You have similiar skin tone so yeah go for it! :) As with all hair dye, a bit of eye make up looks really nice too :)

The blonde could be pretty on you, though I love to see red on darker skinned women because the blonde doesn't always come out right (not everyone's hair can reach that color blonde without severe damage)
