well i was planning on buying a chamomile shampoo to lighten my hair just a little bit, i have dark brown hair. will it lighten my hair a lot? cuz i dont want it to turn blond or anything lol, i just want it a little bit lighter.

It will lighten it up a shade or two. But not anymore than that and not right away. You'll notice a few auburn tones by the time you get to the bottom of the bottle.

this will not lighten it, the only way to achieve this is either by sun. lemon juice. or hair dye

Frankly, it doesn't do anything except maybe if you believe it very, very strongly :o)
Seriously, I've tried that so often, ended up with hair not even half a shade lighter.
